7esaby (حسابي) operates on an account-free, zero-authentication architecture. You can instantly reset your local device storage or submit an administrative data deletion request.
Zero-Account Privacy Commitment
7esaby operates completely without user accounts, passwords, or personal identity profiles. We do not maintain databases containing your legal name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
All interactions in 7esaby are keyed to an anonymous, locally generated Device Identifier (UUIDv4) stored directly on your physical hardware. In compliance with global data safety standards and privacy regulations, users have complete autonomy over their data via two transparent pathways:
Data Safety Principles:
- No Account Deletion Needed: Because no account credentials exist, there are no usernames or passwords to cancel.
- Autonomous Erasure: You can purge your device identifier and cloud linkage instantly in the app with one tap.
- Automatic Expiration: Active dining room records automatically expire and undergo routine lifecycle purges.
Instant In-App Data Deletion
You can instantly and autonomously delete all your data directly inside the 7esaby mobile application at any time:
- Open 7esaby on your device.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Data & Privacy section.
- Tap "Reset Profile & Clear Data".
- Confirm the action when prompted.
What happens immediately:
- Your local Device ID, active host tokens, cached room codes, and saved payment handles (InstaPay) are permanently erased from your device.
- The associated anonymous device record in our Supabase cloud database is deleted.
- You are immediately returned to a clean, unlinked onboarding state.

Manual Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or wish to ensure all database records associated with a specific public handle or 6-character Room Code are manually purged by our engineering team, submit the form below.
Upon receipt, our systems administrator will query and purge all database rows matching your parameters within 3 business days and send written confirmation.
Direct Email Deletion Request
Send an email to privacy@7esaby.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request including your public handle or 6-character Room Code. Requests are processed within 3 business days.
Automated Data Retention & Expiration Policy
7esaby automatically executes periodic database purges on stale, inactive dining rooms. Receipt images are never written to physical disk and are purged from volatile server memory immediately upon completion of OCR extraction.
